Project Scope
Alunorf has implemented several Quintiq applications in the last 10 years. These include several scheduling solutions, a company planner and logistics optimization, the latter being all the train movements. Now Quintiq and Alunorf have made an agreement which will lead to an integrated implementation of all planning & scheduling processes. Scheduling for logistics, Melting & Casting, Hot line, Cold Bay/Finishing and company planning as well as collaborative planning & scheduling with their suppliers and customers.
