Board of Directors

The Quintiq Board of Directors consists of seven members, five of whom are external and independent. The members have an incredible combined total of over 100 years’ relevant work experience, with skills and qualifications in a broad range of industries including IT, finance & accounting, mergers & acquisitions and healthcare. Together they define the long-term strategy and focus of Quintiq, and offer their expert guidance on aspects of the business most important to Quintiq. The board members share the common goal of maintaining Quintiq’s impressive growth rate in the years to come.
