Greg Case

Greg Case is a partner at LLR Partners Inc., the Philadelphia-based private equity firm which made a significant minority investment in Quintiq in mid 2011 at which time he joined the board of directors. Greg brings to the boardroom over twenty years of private equity investment experience both in the United States and internationally. He has invested extensively in companies focused on developing and delivering enterprise software, technology-enabled business services and outsourced business services.

Career Highlights:

  • Greg currently serves on the Board of i-Many as well as Quintiq. He has previously been a director of Bluestone Software, CML Emergency Services, Heartland Automotive Services, Inc., Planview, Inc. Princeton Softech and Web Clients among many other high growth companies.
  • While a shareholder partner with Apax Partners, Greg established and led the growth technology investing practice in the United States and was a member of the United States Investment and Operating Committees. He was involved with over 25 investments during his 16 years at Apax ranging from start-ups to buyouts.
  • Prior to joining Apax Partners, Greg was an associate at Investments Orange Nassau, where he participated in venture investing in a broad range of industries both domestically and in Asia, and served on the boards of several portfolio companies.

Education:

Greg holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College. He also attended the London School of Economics.
