Marc Lederman

Marc Lederman became a member of the Quintiq board of directors upon its formation in June 2011. He is a partner of NewSpring Capital and a general partner of NewSpring Growth, the Philadelphia-based private equity firm which made a significant minority investment in Quintiq in 2011. Marc has a background in finance, consulting and accounting. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions engagements, consulting projects and financial statement audits within the business services, financial services, and technology sectors.

Career Highlights:

• Marc currently serves on the boards of Exegy, LiquidHub, Raritan, and RealTIME Media. Marc Lederman previously served as a Director of CorrectNet, The FeedRoom and InnaPhase.
• Marc also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), the Steering Committee of the Impact Conference, and is a regional and national judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
• Marc has been selected as one of the Philadelphia region's 40 Under 40 young business leaders in 2005, and in 2001 received PhillyTech Magazine's 30 Under 30 award for his role as a leader in the region’s technology sector.

Education:

Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, cum laude, from Villanova University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Marc is a Certified Public Accountant.
