Dr. Victor Allis

Mike Donahue became a member of the Quintiq board of directors in November 2011. Mike serves as a consultant to the technology industry, specializing in business and technology strategy, channel partnerships, professional services, corporate development, performance management and implementation. He serves on the boards of directors of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., as well as two privately held technology firms, in addition to Quintiq. He has extensive international management and marketing experience and a deep understanding of information technology capabilities, data protection, and security. In addition, his service on other public boards has provided him with significant corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain, and financial experience.

Career Highlights:

  • Mike is a director of the following companies: Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD), a global gases and specialty chemical provider; The Orchard Enterprises, Inc., an independent distributor of digital music and video; and Liquidhub, Inc., a technology consulting and outsourcing firm. He is a former director of Arbinet-thexchange Inc., a telecommunications solutions provider, and GSI Commerce, Inc., a provider of e-commerce and interactive marketing services.
  • From January 2000 to March 2005, Mike was the Group Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BearingPoint Inc., a consulting and systems integration firm. BearingPoint Inc. was one of the world’s largest providers of management and technology consulting services, with 17,000 professionals and a presence in more than 60 countries.
  • Prior to January 2000, Mike served as managing partner for the consulting division of KPMG LLP, the global accounting firm, as a member of the boards of directors of KPMG LLP U.S. and KPMG Consulting KK Japan. He was also the chairman of the supervisory board of KPMG Consulting AG based in Germany.

Education:

Mike received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the International Management Program at the Wharton School. Mike served as a member of the board of advisors of the College of Commerce and Finance of Villanova University.
