Quintiq’s first Australian office was established in January 2008, finding instant success with the signing of our first customer in that year. Our Melbourne team grew very quickly, which triggered our move to larger offices in 2010. Since then we have acquired many new customers across Australia and New Zealand in a broad range of industries and regions. We currently have staff based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth.
The Australian office is equipped to deliver end-to-end projects from sales through to post go-live support. We target organizations that have complex and dynamic planning and scheduling supply chain puzzles. We are recognized for delivering production, logistics and workforce optimization solutions across all industries.
Going forward we will continue to expand both our Australian Headquarters (Mlb) and regional offices. The mining boom has exposed many bottlenecks and capacity constraints where Quintiq’s APS and planning expertise can provide high returns on investment. In addition, the cost of running a workforce is increasing due to scarce resources and poor efficiency/visibility. Therefore we have seen heightened interest and uptake of Quintiq’s workforce management solution as companies address this growing issue.
