Victor Allis - CEO
Victor Allis and Arjen Heeres jointly run Quintiq and have divided portofolios between them. Victor Allis' focus is on all non-European Business Units, the Global Development Center, R&D, Project Delivery, Product Development and Finance. Arjen Heeres' focus is on the European Business Units, Marketing, Sales and Alliances, and Human Resources Management.

- Six fold gold medal winner at 4 computer Olympiads for competitions between game-playing programs
- Runner-up at European Programming Championship 1987, European Programming Champion 1990, Runner-up at World Programming Championship 1991 and Six fold Dutch Programming Champion in the period 1997-2004 (each time in a team of 3 people)
