Chief Delivery Officer

As Quintiq chief delivery officer, Steen Andersen drives world-class implementation methodology, effective project management applications and knowledge management initiatives. A key enabler of these initiatives is Quintiq Academy ― a knowledge platform that delivers virtual training to customers, partners and employees 24/7. To further strengthen the relationship between Quintiq and its partners, Steen defines and drives a “partners first” culture that empowers partners to deliver maximum value to Quintiq customers more efficiently. He also oversees human resources and recruitment.

Career Highlights

Steen joined Quintiq as vice president of professional services in 2012. He brought to the role almost 20 years of experience in the implementation of enterprise solutions for customers around the world. As VP, he worked directly with customers in North America, throughout Europe, Australia and China to drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction, delivery excellence and project profitability. Steen also directed the career development of Quintiq consultants through Quintiq Academy, which houses weekly Quintiq Radio podcasts, online academy courses, skills maps for all consulting and sales roles, and a comprehensive multi-level certification program. He was appointed to the Quintiq Board in July 2015.

He is based in the Quintiq American headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania.


Steen holds an MSc in economics and business administration from Aarhus University in Denmark.
