Starting during the customer acquisition phase, the consultant, who is familiar with the customer's field, advises the customer about the solutions that Quintiq can offer for his specific situation. Of course, the consultant plays an important role during the implementation of Quintiq's solutions, but his involvement does not end there. Because Quintiq's customers get optimal ROI from their solution when applied correctly, they need to communicate with their consultant on a regular basis after the implementation phase as well, to ensure the optimal use of the implemented solution.
