Research & Development

Quintiq develops its software in its own Research & Development department. In this department, Quintiq's vision regarding planning & scheduling technology, combined with a broad market knowledge in this field, have resulted in a software system that is the foundation for all solutions that are implemented at Quintiq's customers. This software must meet high standards. Words such as innovative, complex, vision, high quality, and stability apply directly to the developments at Research & Development. Obviously, the expectations are also high for the employees in this department. We develop our software chiefly in C++ and Java and at a high conceptual level.

As a developer, we expect you to have the necessary experience with software development and preferably an affinity with, or a vision regarding, planning and scheduling technology. We expect you to be able to define and develop from requirements, a solution that will ultimately have a broad practical application.
