Quintiq’s implementation projects typically affect our customers’ core processes. Therefore customers are quite keen on getting the implementation project finalized as soon as possible, to benefit from the advantages that the Quintiq solution will bring. ROI is key.

During the implementation phase, the Quintiq project manager is the intermediate between Quintiq and the customer, ensuring a mutual understanding of the project goals. The project manager will be supported by a team of professionals who apply their experience in Quintiq projects and their knowledge of the customer and Quintiq solutions to actively participate in their projects and deliver to the customer as promised. From a process perspective, the project manager will be supported by Quintiq’s Project Management Methodology (QPLC).
