Project Manager Workforce

Job Description
The Business Unit Workforce Optimization within Quintiq solves complex workforce puzzles that help companies to achieve operational excellence. You can imagine that implementing Quintiq requires a strong project manager, adherence to our developed methodology and a focus on results.

A Quintiq Project Manager is responsible for a number of implementation projects (with a timeline of months) and demo/pilot projects (with a timeline of weeks). These projects are executed within the Quintiq Methodology that includes high quality standards. Projects are performed by Quintiq consultants as well as by our Alliances where the Project Manager is responsible for coaching or monitoring of a number of partner projects.

The Project Manager will contribute to the further development and improvement of our Quintiq Methodology, i.e. project management methodology that embraces Quality and Efficiency.

Job Requirements
You have a background at bachelor/master level, a high abstraction level, and in-depth experience with software implementations in general or more specifically SCM or ERP like implementations. You are internationally oriented, able to motivate team members and you possess strong communicative skills. You have a clear vision on iterative development and experience with object orientation is recommended. An excellent command of the Dutch and English language is mandatory, good command of the German language is a bonus.
