Job Description
Your target customers are the leading manufacturing and logistics companies in China and north Asia. Up to division management and board level you will work with prospects and design solutions and deals.

You will focus on winning new customers and partially building business with existing customers, being responsible for all aspects of the complex sales cycle. You will be representing the highest of business ethics, focused on results, being able to prioritize.

Over the years Quintiq has been very successful globally in delivering state of the art solutions in the field of advanced planning and scheduling. One of your main challenges will be to set forth this success in China and continue to build the team to ensure this success in this region for the future.

Some of your activities:
• Develop and execute sales
• Grow your team, manage and coach your team members
• Maximize existing client business relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Generate new sales leads and follow up on leads generated by other resources
• Qualify and close enterprise deals
• Collaborate with partner organizations
• Assure that both personal and team targets are being met.

Job Requirements
- Ideally you will have 5-7 years of experience in large complex (multi-national) sales cycles. E.g. selling large scale ERP/SCM solutions to multinationals.
- You need to have a successful background in business development in large organizations, demonstrated through an impressive track record of consistently achieving sales objectives.
- Excellent presentation, lead qualification and client relationship skills.
- A very good command of spoken and written English and native Chinese is required.
- Education on an academic level in computer science, operational research, mathematical, or related field.
