Understanding the specific needs and challenges in the Supply Chain of manufacturing companies, Quintiq offers a variety of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) Solutions. Supply chain optimization addresses the general supply chain problem of delivering products to customers at the lowest total cost and highest profit. The main KPIs that our customers report positively on are, increased delivery performance, higher productivity and lower operating costs, reduced inventory levels, reduced cycle times, increased throughput and improved customer service.

In this position you will add value to our customers by Implementing Quintiq Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) Solutions.

We expect that you are capable to translate the needs of the customer to strategic recommendations, based on thorough manufacturing knowledge and impact analysis on a structured and analytical way.

Job Requirements

Background at academic level.
MSc or PhD in quantitative field such as computer science, operations research, industrial engineering, computational engineering, mathematics or physics.
Experience in object-oriented modeling, optimization techniques, project work and enterprise IT systems.
The ability to operate on a high abstraction and analytical level.
Operational and project implementation knowledge.
The ability to lead and influence the decision process of the customer and have a critical view on it.
Experience with writing down processes (Process documentation, process diagrams).
You are an energetic and flexible personality, possessing strong.
Communicative skills, especially in an environment of top professionals.
An excellent command of the Dutch and English language is mandatory, good command of the German language is a bonus.
We are looking for both senior (2-8 years experience with Supply Chain Projects) and junior Supply Chain Consultants.
