Project Scope

DHL Express selected Quintiq to improve its dispatch process and customer service for the European Express business. The Quintiq software was chosen from a field of approximately 90 solutions.

• Increased productivity of dispatch (higher number of tours per dispatcher). The optimization of shipment allocation improves efficiency.
• Overall reduction in the numbers of tours through real time dispatch (Elimination of ad-hoc tours).
