Elektro is the leading power distribution company in Brazil.

It started with a strategic change to Elektro’s business model to stop outsourcing the installation and maintenance of power distribution networks. The company required a new planning system to manage the integrated organization of employees, equipment, trucks and materials. Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and safety regulations was an important criterion in creating a good schedule.

Quintiq built a centralized planning solution to unify processes and enable regional offices to share resources. The planners were able to plan all tasks, taking into account employee skills (teams), resource capabilities and availability, and optimal routes.
An aspect that is clearly seen in Quintiq is the Quality Assurance...it is very concerned with the delivery, timeline and support, the difference is noticeable.
