Project Scope

Transavia plans the maintenance of aircraft with Quintiq. They've improved operational planning and achieved higher interval utilization. The interval utilization is the time between two repetitive maintenance tasks. Increasing the interval utilization has two effects: on the one hand, it decreases costs concerning the number of aircraft maintenance technicians needed; on the other hand, it allows a more efficient use of the airplane parts.
