About Vlisco
Since 1846, the Dutch-based company Vlisco has been designing and producing colorful fashion fabrics. The company initially focused on the Dutch and Dutch-Indonesian markets. By the end of the nineteenth century, the West-African market was also well developed. After the Second World War, this became Vlisco’s main market. Today, Vlisco is an undisputed market leader in Benin, Nigeria, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Congo.
Project Scope
At Vlisco, the existing JD Edwards ERP system is linked to the Quintiq software solution. The two environments were integrated seamlessly. Delivery performance has improved and Vlisco has more insight into their production flows and capacity availability. As a result, this enables the production department to make informed decisions on the work that needs to be completed and in the optimal sequence.
