Meat the demand: Carcass optimization in protein processing

When : 11:00AM – 12:00PM EST; January 21, 2016
Where : Online

Protein producers face an array of challenges: Volatile demand as the seasons change; small time windows to cut and sell inventory; age and quality restrictions that vary by customer; and high complexity in maximizing carcass yields. Sound familiar?

Don’t miss this webinar by planning experts Bryan Ball and David Murphy. They’ll explore the biggest supply chain challenges in the meat industry and give you an idea of what carcass optimization can do for you. This includes:

  • Quickly planning, allocating, and scheduling materials based on existing orders and demand forecasts
  • Responding to ad-hoc customer order inquiries in real-time
  • Reducing waste and preventing aged product by maximizing use of all materials and visually showing sales which products to emphasize
  • Flexibly showing product availability based on all carcass combinations, or restricting visibility based on current branding strategy

You’ll have a clear overview of what optimization technology can do for you, what next steps to take, and a chance to have your questions answered by our experts.
