Bringing order to chaos: Characteristic-based material planning for the metals industry

When
December 6, 2017
2:00PM - 2:30PM CEST
Where
Online
Within the metals industry, the pressure is on for companies to be flexible and responsive in production. At the same time, you need to master the complexity that the metals supply chain embodies.

In the second part of our webinar series, we will highlight the benefits and value of characteristic-based planning. Quintiq's Marcel Haarman and Dr. Pascal Lutter will showcase how you can take your metals supply chain to the next level, by reserving the materials while matching relevant metal characteristics to your needs.

They will also demonstrate Quintiq's capability to boost your supply chain excellence — by supporting both product planning and detailed characteristic bases material planning at the same time.

Join us this December 6 to:

  • Increase delivery performance and customer service levels
  • Decrease inventories by evaluating all relevant material characteristics while doing integrated material and capacity planning
  • Reduce costs and production lead times

This is an in-depth webinar focused on characteristic-based planning using Quintiq Company Planner. It is a continuation of the contents showcased in our first webinar.
