Quintiq Invites Italian Companies to Advanced Planning and Scheduling Executive Meetings in Brescia and Rome

Quintiq, a leading provider of Advanced Planning and Scheduling solutions, today announced an open invitation to two executive meetings in Italy. The meetings will enable Italian companies to hear about and discuss new advances in manufacturing and resource planning while networking with other industry leaders. The meetings will be held in Brescia, near Milan, on May 24th and in Rome on May 26th. Both events welcome senior and middle management executives to participate. The discussions will be conducted in Italian.
Part of the annual Quintiq Executive Series, these meetings are opportunities for companies interested in advanced planning and scheduling solutions to speak with Quintiq customers and hear first-hand their experiences. The events also provide a chance to meet with industry leaders and Quintiq executives.
Production planning and scheduling event in Brescia
The Quintiq executive meeting in Brescia will be held at Bersi Serlini Franciacorta and will focus on production and supply chain planning. Roundtable discussions will be led by representatives from companies employing Quintiq solutions: Loro Piana, Acciaierie Bertoli Safau (ABS), and KME Group. The discussions will focus on how the companies handled their manufacturing planning challenges before implementing the Quintiq solution; why they chose Quintiq; their experiences with the software; along with benefits and future goals.
In addition, keynote speakers Mr. Andrea Sianesi, Professor of Supply Chain Management and MIP Associate Dean, Politecnico Di Milano and Mr. Marco Perona, Professor of Industrial Logistics, University of Brescia, will address today’s pressing issues relating to Advanced Planning and Scheduling.
Workforce planning event at LUISS Business School in Rome
At the Quintiq executive meeting in Rome, held at LUISS Business School, Quintiq will introduce its resource planning and scheduling solutions. Through interactive presentations, Quintiq customer Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori (NTV) and Alitalia will discuss their experiences working with Quintiq. Ms. Maria Elena Nenni, Professor at LUISS Business School, will also present at the meeting.
