Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimization (SCP&O), announced today that its software platform has been chosen by İSKO™, a premium denim producer. The textile division of Sanko Group, İSKO™ covers more than 35% of the global premium denim market.

İSKO™ will use Quintiq to optimize production at its factory in İnegöl, Turkey. The company, which has a production capacity of 250 million meters of fabric per year, plans to launch four Quintiq projects this year.

İSKO™ will use the integrated Quintiq software platform for full tactical and operational planning while optimizing the production supply chain process to the fullest. Once Quintiq’s software platform is implemented, İSKO™ expects to improve its due date compliance rates and decrease its response time to requests to confirm due dates.

“We are confident that Quintiq’s software platform will help us meet rising customer demand through optimization,” said Haluk Hızlıalp, director of IT & strategic projects, İSKO™. “We expect to gain better control over production flows and inventory levels. These factors will enable more throughput and improve our delivery performance.

“We have extensive experience working with companies in the textile industry so we know exactly how to configure a software platform with an architecture that makes it easy to deploy, sustain and enhance,” said Jos Braam, manufacturing business unit director, Quintiq. “We are proud to supply İSKO™ with a solution that will optimize its resources and deliver the most optimal production plans. İSKO™ is one of the biggest clients in Turkey, and we look forward to expanding in this country where the manufacturing industry is experiencing rapid growth.”

İSKO is a trademark of SANKO TEKSTIL.
