Quintiq doubles in revenue and profits for 2002

('s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands - February 26th, 2003) Quintiq, the leading supplier of supply chain & scheduling software solutions, today announced its results for 2002.
Total revenues for 2002 were up more than 100% from last year. The company also reported more than 100% growth in profit.

Victor Allis, Quintiq CEO comments: "In these difficult economic times, many of our customers seek to improve their performance. Our ability to deliver real results in a short period of time have attracted many new customers, making significant progress in becoming the pre-eminent brand for scheduling and supply chain planning with many customers in different markets. In 2002, our most important achievements were major deals with leading companies in the logistic and metal markets such as Alcan, Deutsche Bahn Cargo, Wieland and Alu-Menziken as well as new partnership agreements with leading consultancy organizations such as Accenture and CGE&Y Germany. We doubled our workforce compared to last year and opened an office in Germany."

Software licenses represent 78% of the revenues and the remainder of the revenues comes from services and maintenance. Other new customers include KLM Catering Services, Alcoa, Group 4, AvestaPolarit, Meneba, Railion Denmark, NOB Crossmedia Facilities and Dutchview.

Outlook for 2003 and investments
In 2003, Quintiq expects to achieve growth figures similar to 2002, further growth in sales offices and organization, Pan-European/US partnerships with some of the leading consultancy firms and corporate wide deals in manufacturing and logistics markets. Furthermore, Quintiq will expand its footprint in food and process industries. Quintiq shall continue to invest a significant part of its revenues in research and development to sustain the competitive advantage as the leading technology in advanced planning, scheduling and supply chain event optimization.
