Quintiq and Ordina formalize partnership
Official partnership will extend the reach of Quintiq's APS suite
's-Hertogenbosch/Utrecht, October 18, 2004 - Software supplier Quintiq and IT service provider Ordina have formalized their partnership. The two companies have entered into a strategic alliance for the joint development of commercial processes for clients, centred around Quintiq's planning, scheduling and supply chain optimization software. They have regularly worked together in this way on an informal basis for the past two and a half years. By formalizing the partnership, Quintiq and Ordina now expect to benefit even more from each other's knowledge, expertise and networks.
Quintiq's software suite will find a place within Ordina's Enterprise Applications range, in which this system integrator offers a comprehensive selection of well-matched ERP, MES and Advanced Planning & Scheduling solutions. Ordina's Patrick Fiolet observes that the Quintiq suite fits seamlessly into the Ordina Enterprise Applications portfolio. “Ordina is one of the few system integrators to use a fully integrated approach to business solutions, in which we view ERP, MES and APS as strongly interrelated solutions, each of which fulfils a vital function.
