KLM Catering Services Increases Usage of Quintiq
’s-Hertogenbosch – March 29, 2007 - The KLM Catering Services Schiphol decided to extend its contract with the purchase of the Quintiq Advanced Planning & Scheduling solution for planning the employee shifts of the food production department at Schiphol airport. Quintiq supports the optimal match between the given rosters and the employee’s skills and preferences. The chosen implementation partner is Ab Ovo. KLM has decided for the upgrade of their already existing Quintiq solution. Since 2003, the Dutch air carrier uses Quintiq for the planning of the distribution of all its Catering Services with significant improvements achieved.
