Quintiq Project Management Training aims to provide (experienced) project managers the insights necessary to manage Quintiq implementation projects. Understanding the activities and deliverables of the Quintiq Project Life Cycle is an important element of this training.

Day one - Quintiq Overview
Topics from the training 'Quintiq Overview Training ' are presented. Please refer to the Quintiq Overview Training section for additional information.
Day two - Managing the Quintiq Project Life Cycle (QPLC)
The Quintiq Project Life Cycle (Quintiq's implementation methodology) is explained. Each of the phases in the life cycle are covered sequentially and participants will exercise the main project management activities during the life cycle.
Topics include:
- Methodology - The full implementation methodology is covered, and for each phase insight is given into the largest management risks and how to cope with them.
- Project roles - Project roles on both sides (supplier and customer) are discussed in detail, and common pitfalls are discussed.
- Calculation - Project calculation is discussed and alternatives are presented for dividing tasks between supplier and customer.
- Contract and delivery - The contract format and the influence it has on the project and delivery of the system to the customer are discussed.
In this training, the information is presented using a combination of presentations, role-playing exercises and discussion sessions.
