    Supply Chain Analyst
    Ms. Anne-Maud Drugeon is a Supply Chain Analyst at the World Food Programme for West Africa based at the Regional Bureau of Dakar. As part of her role, Ms. Anne-Maud Drugeon provides Supply Chain Planning support to the Bureau and end-to-end Supply Chain analysis of West African countries with a special focus on complex operations such as Nigeria and Central African Republic. She holds a Master Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University Paris Dauphine and has been working at the World Food Programme for three years holding different functions within the Supply Chain Department both in Headquarters and West Africa.

    IDC Insights Asia Pacific
    Managing Director
    Chris Holmes is the managing director for IDC Insights Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading the retail, energy, manufacturing, health, government, telecommunications, and IT spending groups. His research focuses on industry transformation, the application of new technologies to enhance business processes, and cross-industry learning. Prior to IDC, Chris worked at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech). Here, he pioneered the operation and technology roadmap program, assisting local companies with technology planning.
  • Azran Osman-Rani

    Azran is an experienced and proven business disruptor and innovator. He is currently active in the internet technology space as a co-founder, investor and advisor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter. He was previously the CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO – a disruptive internet television video-on-demand service that was launched in Kuala Lumpur in May 2015, and now operates across over 20 markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa with 650 employees after only two years from launch. Prior to that, he was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, the world’s pioneer low-cost long-haul airline. He led the start-up team that developed the business plan, raised capital, secured relevant licenses, and launched AirAsia X’s first flight in November 2007. AirAsia X expanded from one aircraft to 26, employing over 2,500 staff, and approximately US$1 billion in annual revenue in 2014. In July 2013, AirAsia X became a public-listed company, the first ever long-haul LCC airline to do so.

    Charles Brewer is CEO of DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group. He leads a team of e-commerce experts responsible for developing solutions that enable the eCommerce sector. Charles is a proven expert in supply chain, international shipping and e-commerce with over 32 years of industry experience across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Africa. Prior to DHL eCommerce, Charles was the managing director for DHL Express, Sub-Saharan Africa where he was responsible for the successful business and operations of 54 countries and territories.
  • Bobby Suryajaya Samad

    Production Planning Manager - Operational Excellence
    Bobby Suryajaya Samad is the head of production planning in PETRONAS Carigali. With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, he is presently focused on production planning optimization which includes integrated activity planning and production forecasting. Bobby has also published several international papers on business process improvement and optimization, data driven decision making and intergrated operations, Prior to PETRONAS, he held positions at Schlumberger, Halliburton, ConocoPhillips, BIA Energi and Accenture. Bobby holds a master's degree in information technology from the Swiss German University, and is currently pursuing both a PhD and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Felix Ohle

    General Manager Logistics
    As the general manager for logistics at Viva Energy Australia, Felix Ohle is responsible for all aspects of on-land transport activities, which include fuel distribution to Shell's retail network, airports, and a wide range of commercial customers. Felix has been in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, having previously held major positions with major oil companies including Castrol, BP Europe and Shell Australia. He has a BA from Melbourne Business School, and a bachelor's degree from the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
  • Graham Puryer
    Aviation Security Service (Avsec)
    Executive Group Manager
    Graham Puryer is a member of the Avsecs executive leadership that reports to the general manager of the organization. He is also part of the authority leadership team that overviews the business aspects of the Civil Aviation Authority. His responsibilities include government liaison, business planning and budget preparation, personnel expenditure and workforce planning, identity card system management, and contingency planning and organisational risk, among others. Prior to Avsec, he was part of the New Zealand Police for over 27 years.
  • Bob Jensen

    Bob Jensen is a crisis and risk management leader with more than 30 years of experience with the U.S. government. He has served in the White House as well as in war zones. He has also been part of the response team for more than 30 major disasters including Hurricane Sandy, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. Bob has been a keynote speaker at events across the globe, and is also a member of the International Advisory Committee for the Centre for Disaster Management and Public Safety at the University of Melbourne.

    Kris Kosmala is Quintiq's general manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He has been spearheading modernization and advancement of supply chain optimization concepts throughout Asia and Australia. Kris focuses on industries enabling and servicing supply chains that span the global manufacturing powerhouses of Asia and the importing economies of Europe and North America. He has led Quintiq to become the planning and optimization solution of choice for customers such as Darlymple Bay Coal Terminal, Woodside, and NatSteel. He frequently writes for Asia Shipping Media about issues affecting the maritime industry.
  • Sanjay Nair

    Sanjay Nair is the business unit director of Quintiq South East Asia, and is involved in key projects by advising clients in the region on strategic issues relating to supply chain planning and optimization solution implementations. An industry veteran, Sanjay has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, logistics, aviation as well as the oil and gas industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Bemidji State University, USA.
  • Loi Yew Cheng

    Business Unit Director
    Loi Yew Cheng is the business unit director of Quintiq South East Asia. With over 10 years' experience across Europe and Asia, she has delivered and managed supply chain optimisation projects in many different industries including logistics, express, airline, shipping, and manufacturing to name a few. Alongside her team, she is committed to understanding her customer's challenges and delivering the best supply chain optimization solutions to them. Yew Cheng is graduate of the University of Surrey, and has a Ph.D in computing and statistics.
  • Yusman Yunos
    Dassault Systèmes
    Managing Consultant
    Yusman Yunos is a managing consultant in Dassault Systèmes. He works with the organization's solutions team to develop planning and optimization solutions for a variety of industries such as retail, maritime, and oil & gas. He has worked in various organizations over the last 13 years, delivering supply chain technologies and solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region. He graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor's degree in business computing.
  • Syazwani Mohd Yusop

    Syazwani Mohd Yusop is a managing consultant at Quintiq. She has deep expertise in S&OP, supply chain planning and optimization, particularly in the container shipping, metals, manufacturing, postal, and logistics sectors. In the last seven years, she has developed solutions for many companies around the world, including Natsteel, Mooy Logistics, and Itella. Syazwani holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Universiti Teknologi Petronas.
