I feel privileged to be working for an established organization like Quintiq that gives our customers the capability to finally realize how to optimize the return on what is often their largest expense – human capital. To be able to witness our customers’ planning decisions turning into reduced downtime, reduced overtime, and other productivity gains – all boldly displayed as KPIs in our software – is something I haven’t seen with any other software company I’ve been a part of. This is fun!
