Organizations across all industries face an accelerating rate of change. Market fluctuations, increasing customer demands and digitalization are just some of the challenges that companies currently have to deal with.

To withstand the heat, businesses must rework their internal processes to facilitate smart and agile decision making for optimal growth and future success. But this is only possible if the changes begin on a fundamental level. A fragmented approach to problem-solving will only end up exacerbating the problem. Companies need to act fast and address the fundamental planning challenges head-on.

This is the impetus behind the Quintiq Planning & Optimization Forum Middle East 2018, a one-day event taking place on January 30, 2018.

Decision-makers in the metals, oil & gas and aviation industries will meet in Abu Dhabi to network, discuss and share insights with their peers— as well as experts from Quintiq — on solutions that can help organizations master complexity and ensure efficient operations.

During the interactive sessions, our speakers will:

  • Reveal the hidden potential of complexity in optimizing your organization
  • Provide practical context to the challenges of planning for future disruptions
  • Showcase the potential of optimal planning in boosting the transparency and flexibility of your business processes

All activities will be conducted in English. Participants are also invited to a pre-event reception on January 29 at the same venue.
