Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimization (SCP&O), announced today they will host a seminar focused on next-generation supply chains in Turkey, on November 6 for executives of Turkish manufacturing operations.

The seminar: “Supporting growth through responsive and flexible strategies,” will feature presentations on the future of supply chain management, Quintiq’s planning philosophy & planning challenge as well as a presentation of Quintiq’s supply chain solution. Other presentations will include how supply chain management can help to gain a competitive edge in the metals market and in the manufacturing industry.

Attendees will get an exclusive, first-hand update on the projects that are powering the next generation of supply chains, discover what new innovative solutions are available to further optimize supply chains, and gain industry insights and analysis from leading supply chain industry experts. There will also be ample opportunity to network with industry peers and discuss the latest trends and developments.

“Over the last few years, the business world has been shaped by global shifts in input costs and risks,” said Arthur Torsy, vice president of Quintiq’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations. “Supply chain directors must frequently re-evaluate and sometimes re-integrate their supply chain networks to improve operational efficiency, resilience and sustainability to support a return to growth and industry leadership.”

“On a strategic level, Quintiq ensures organizational flexibility and the ability to adapt to these challenges,” said Torsy. “Quintiq can provide the same advantages to any supply chain operation. We are proud to support industry leaders in Turkey as they compete in changing and promising markets and to help them optimize supply chain efficiency and improve profitability”.

The event will be held 6th November 2013 / 9am to 5pm at Çırağan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul, Turkey.
