Quintiq selected as one of Philadelphia’s 'Best Places to Work' for a second straight year

September 17, 2014 | Radnor, PA, USA

Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimization (SCP&O), is proud to announce that it has again been named one of the best places to work in the Philadelphia region by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The annual Best Places to Work award recognizes positive and engaging work environments through employee assessments of company benefits, working conditions, opportunities for professional development and overall company culture.

To determine the top 50 companies, the Philadelphia Business Journal worked with research partner Quantum Workplace to tabulate the results of thousands of online employee surveys in order to establish a detailed ranking of the businesses. Quintiq stood out for its corporate culture that’s underpinned by a unique set of freedoms. It encourages each employee to seek responsibility, be innovative as well as be empathetic towards co-workers and customers. Quintiq employees are also encouraged to work collaboratively towards exceeding customer expectations.

“At Quintiq, we take pride in our people – their energy, passion and enthusiasm is what fuels our growth and customer satisfaction,” said Dr. Victor Allis, CEO. “To be honored for a second time by the Philadelphia Business Journal shows that we have succeeded in maintaining an engaging work environment that invites all of our employees to continually innovate and challenge today’s supply chain standards. We are extremely proud of our employees and are pleased to know that they enjoy working at Quintiq.”

The award winners will be honored on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 7:15 am – 9:45 am at the Sonesta Hotel Philadelphia. Event tickets are priced at $75 and are available for purchase at: https://bit.ly/1p1TT6Z.
